Do you ship your starters wet? I have excess starter I'd like to mail to friends, was going to try to dehydrate it (as in your "Put your Starter on Hold" blog post). It sure would be lighter! But if that doesn't work, would sending a small jar work? How full, should starter be fed or unfed, and are summer or winter temperatures a problem?
