I also make sourdough dough in the bread machine using the dough cycle. It does all the hard work and I do the fun part of shaping, scoring, and baking.

I tried the pillowy cinnamon recipe in the dough cycle and it came out beautifully mixed.

I’m thinking of doing my cookie dough in there as well..

For fresh peaches, they might release liquid. Maybe cook it down first and add some cornstarch to help it thicken. I’m thinking peach cobbler, maybe chopped pecans and brown sugar.
