Hi everyone and PJH, I bought myself an Oster machine as i'm new to making bread, didn't know which machine to buy, but, WOW, I'm having so much fun making homemade bread. I first made Brioche with my Kitchen Aid, and saw here that you can use your Bread Machine to make it. Mmmmm, I'll try that next. I'm loving everyone's comments and suggestions. Thank you for all your help, BUT, can i get some suggestions with Peaches or Apricots for Brioche???? Should they be dried or regular (cling peaches)? Ideas for combinations? Brown sugar etc????
