Wow this looks delicious! I've never had a brioche before, let alone actually MAKE one, but I think I'm going to have to make this for our Thanksgiving feast!! If I don't have a 2" deep cake pan will it spill over the side? Or will it just not look quite as lovely when it is removed? Thanks for such an awesome blog!! Melissa, it MAY spill over the side; not sure. If your pan is almost 2", it might be OK.... Maybe wrap a 1/2" or so rim of tin foil around the top of the pan, to make it taller? PJH
