Wonderful. I saw this yesterday while whipping up a batch of puff dough. Rather than baking it flat on a sheet pan, I used a glass pie pan and baked it at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes. The top was fantastic, and the bottom was perfectly done. Thanks PJ! Sounds like a nice variation, Tom - thanks for sharing. PJH
