I want to make this for Thanksgiving with my family (TEN grandkids) but a loaf would store and divide better for this crowd – will this recipe adapt to a loaf pan – Size, baking time???

Sandy, I'd put it in a 9" x 5" pan, give it the rest, and probably bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°F? All a guess, but an educated one... :) PJH
