I just found the blog today and I think it's great the way it is with lots of pictures. I've been baking since I was a kid, but I'm by no means an expert. I find myself learning new tips all the time in areas where I thought I knew what I was doing. I've been wondering why my muffins have been flat lately and not very pretty.
