I'm a beginning-ish baker and really appreciate the pictures. Thanks for taking the time and forethought to put them in. These pumpkin muffins look delish, do you think raisins would work? Totally different flavor I know but I have them on hand usually, since my 2 year old loves 'em. Oh and great tip on letting the batter rest! Sweet! Raisins would be totally fine, Cait - bet your 2-year-old will gobble these up! Enjoy - PJH
