I have made these a couple of years ago, and they were wonderful! I would like to make them Gluten-Free for my daughter. Can I substitute a GF baking mix for the regular flour called for in this recipe?
Try using 1 1/2 cups of our gluten free multi-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum. I wouldn't recommend using a baking mix as they already contain leavening and salt. ~Amy
