This is a super recipe. I would use my Sourdough Starter that I have been using since September 2016 from The original
Oregon Trail. I would use 5 cups of King Arthur Bread Flour (I ALWAYS USE) AND 1 cup King Arthur White Whole
Wheat flour ...or 6 cups of Flour total. I would use the remainder of ingredients. I would shape as recommended.
I always bake my BREADS at 400 degree oven. 30 - 35 minutes. And watch til golden.
