Looks like a great recipe! My little nephew is allergic to eggs and dairy. Can I just omit the milk powder and eggs? If not, what substitutes would you recommend. Thanks!
Consider soy milk for the milk powder. Use 1/4 cup soy milk for the equal amount of water called for in the recipe. Don't forget to add the other 2 T. water. We have many egg substitutions here.
