I tried these this past weekend. I didn't have the ginger, so I used craisons and finely chopped white chocolate for the one pan and the brown sugar with finely chopped pecans for the other pan. I used a thin layer of cream cheese icing on both of them. I have always hated when people write reviews but change everything, but I did change the fillings. The pumpkin rolls were great.
