I made these last night and they are great! They are almost gone and it is just the two of us eating them. The whole wheat and pumpkin are good for us, I am sure. Thanks for a new pumpkin recipe! I looked for news on the canned pumpkin shortage, Libby is hoping to have the newest crop in cans and on store shelves soon. I found a store with large cans and bought a couple. The storing tips on the label suggested freezing for up to 3 months. I am not a pumpkin pie fan but I love any other pumpkin baked product.
