In response to Alissa's comment about proofing in the oven in the morning....at what point to you turn the oven on? Do you remove rolls and preheat, then put them back in? Or do you turn oven on at end of 30 min. w/ pan of water and leave them in there? At the end of 30 minutes remove the pan of water and turn your oven on. Leave the rolls in your oven.
