Is there is alternative to the dry milk? I don't usually have that in the house. Is there away to regular milk? Thank You, can't to try these. Hi - You can substitute milk for the water called for - that'll be fine. You may experience a longer rise, as the Special dry milk helps the yeast work. But be patient - it'll work at its own pace.
