I am going to try the crisp recipe this weekend. Our family loves crisps of every kind, but my attempts at apple crisp have been good but not great. Do you have a particular type of apple that you would recommend? I suggest a blend of apples to give the filling a little more interest. Try: Granny Smith, Gala, and Golden Delicious. Frank @ KAF.
