I bought a package of King Arthur Whole Wheat Pastry Flour for a particular recipe. I still have a portion of it left in my refrigerator, what can I do with this flour other than making a piecrust? Hi Marjorie, Try using the whole wheat pastry flour to replace half of the regular flour in muffins and quickbreads. It's great for biscuits too. ~ MaryJane
