The Baker's Companion is the ALWAYS my first resource for all things baking. I love the crumble & crisp recipes in that book. On apple crisp, I add a little fiber & omega-3 with a couple of tablespoons of flaxseed - doesn't change the flavor, but very good for you. Thanks for sharing these creative additions to the crisp. Another great way to sneak in more nutrition to our diets (as well as our treats!). Irene @ KAF
