Rolled oats and quick oats absorb liquid differently, Vicki, but crisp topping is pretty forgiving, so we suspect that would work just fine. To be on the safe side, pulse your rolled oats in 1 second bursts in the food processor to break them up a bit — you'll see that they begin to resemble quick oats in appearance. Mollie@KAF
