Have a question. Your filling and icing recipes both call for melting ingredients together in a microwave. I do not have one. How would I need to alter the recipe to accomplish these tasks in a double boiler on a stove top? Thanks Betsy, heat the ingredients in a double boiler over simmering water until the cream is very hot' when the cream is hot, start stirring; when the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth, it's ready.
