I made these today and they were very good, but I think I'd actually prefer the coarser/grainer (in a good way) filling that you mentioned early in this post for Suzy Q's. Any idea how I'd replicate that? Hi Rohna, Try the filling from our classic whoopie pies. I think that may be closer to what you are looking for. ~ MaryJane
