Can I use regular cake flour instead of cake flour blend and the recipe call for 3/4 cup cold water.. how cold does it has to be ( room temperature, ice cold?) . Can't wait to try the recipe..thanks Yes, cake flour should work, hopefully. We didn't test it that way, but let us know how it does. And cold water means cold just as it comes from the tap, not ice water. Good luck - PJH
