Streusel

I made this and it was a great hit. Instead of the sugar cinnamon on top I made a streusel topping. I laid plums skin side up and doubled the amount of vanilla. I baked it in a 10" pie dish and it was delicious. Next time I'm going to cut the plums in quarters. Now I want to try all the other fruits. Oh, I made this by hand, no mixer and it worked fine. Thanks for the reminder about a great cake.
