For cooking the crumpets, I have a wonderful cast iron corn bread pan that has six individual circles. It's the perfect size and depth for making crumpets. I've used it for so long that I don't even remember where I got it. I thought I would share this anyway, in case anyone has a similar pan. It makes the process easier.
