Mmm, these sound really good. I will have to try. I finally picked up a bag of whole wheat pastry flour so I can try out the recipes in the Whole Grains Baking book. I just made the coconut cupcakes from the book and they are Delicious!! Frosting not needed! The nuttiness of the whole grain flour goes really well with the coconut! I will make it again! Thanks!
