First off, my caramel had a lot of bubbles and wasn’t smooth on my apple. Maybe not heated enough? I used Peter’s caramel. I put them in the fridge to set. I got my white chocolate ready and dipped, and the chocolate sort of slid. A lot of chocolate stuck but it slid. Too hot? Needed more stirring?
