Hi Barb! The caramel that this recipe makes will be a bit too soft for drizzling on biscotti and then packaging up. We'd suggest trying the caramel from our Seven-Layer Bar recipe. You'll want to let the caramel set overnight though, so it doesn't smear all over the biscotti when you wrap them. Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
