I made a “test” pie for family and was told this was the best key lime pie they had ever eaten! Made it again for dinner group with the same results. 22 minutes seems to be the sweet spot for baking in my oven, even though the thermometer measured over 145. Everything else was according to the recipe and I weighed the ingredients. I made whipped cream with powdered sugar to stabilize early in the day and it was good for the evening. Thanks for such a great recipe!
