Mmmm, love KLP and, but of course, I have lime oil... ;-) Thanks PJ, this looks great! Me, graham or pastry shell doesn't matter to me. Heck you could pour the filling into a souffle cup and bake it and I'd be happy... That's what a lot of our testers said, Mike - "Never mind the crust, just let me at that filling!" PJH
