I, too, recoil at the ingredients on store-bought baked goods, but to be fair, you'd have to include in the home-made version the ingredients on a box of graham crackers. Mine says: Unbleached enriched flour {wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate {vitamin B1}, riboflavin {vitamin b2}, folic acid), graham flour (whole grain wheat flour), sugar, soybean oil, honey, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), salt, soy lecithin, artificial flavor. So this "homemade" version DOES have artificial flavor. And since it's listed individually, I assume it's more than 2%. I like homemade better than the store-bought ones, but I'm not fooling myself that it's really natural.
