I live at 6,300'...how would you adjust this recipe for the altitude? It seems like it is a dense and moist cake and I am concerned about how it will rise at that altitude. It looks really good and my husband loves both chocolate & peanut butter, so I would like to try it. Hi Penni - Please take a look at our high altitude baking tips - they should help you out here.
