Don't have espresso powder on hand, could I substitute l and 1/2 cups cold coffee for the water for the espresso taste? I think that might be a bit much coffee, Elizabeth, as the espresso doesn't lend any taste, it simply enhances the chocolate. How about substituting 1/2 cup cold coffee for the same amount of water? That should do just fine. PJH
