I just made this and it is very yummy. However, I would make just a two layer cake and only about a third of the peanut butter mixture. We had too much. But boy does it taste good! King Arthur recipes never fail me. Thanks. Good variation, Lori - this recipe is indeed quite over-the-top... PJH
