Although I haven't made the filling yet, I just made my second PB Fudge Buckeye Cake - I love it so much! The recipe I used though, came from the KAF catalog, and there are a couple of differences with the filling and icing. The filling is less in quantity than the on-line recipe; the icing in the catalog calls for bittersweet choc vs. semisweet, and is also less in quantity. Which do you think is a better ratio for the cake? The first cake I made I used the bittersweet, and it was delicious, so will definitely use that again, but I wonder if I should use the higher quantity recipe?
