PJ-- There is a wonderful recipe for Sailor Jacks in the KAF Whole Wheat Baking book -- it is a favorite recipe in my family (although we usually make it without the icing). I know, we did do that recipe - I'm just hoping to hear from someone who might know the "authentic" version, because we did a lot of guessing on that one... Thanks, Deirdre- PJH
