In my part of the country we don't have black and whites, or half moon cookies. At least not to my knowledge. I know I've never had one. I've read about them, but didn't realize that they were so big, or that they were cakey. Thanks for the educational post! BTW, delis are few and far between here too. Florida, is that where you are, Sue? In my experience, delis are always in the cities... No cities up here, and I DO miss a good deli sandwich! PJH
