Hi Audrey, if you're looking for a darker chocolate icing, then try switching up the kind of chocolate you're using next time. A bittersweet chocolate with a high cocoa content (like these Guittard Bittersweet Chocolate Wafers with a 72% cocoa content) will give you the color you're looking for.
