I like referring to the blog while baking. Cookies came out perfectly. The lemon oil is the secret ingredient. Buy it -- you won't be sorry. My chocolate mixture wasn't as dark as the picture. I used semisweet chips and KAF espresso powder. Any suggestions? Thank you.
