Wow, these cookies are awesome! Definitely my new favorites, and I bake a LOT. I knew they'd be good once I smelled the mixed dough. I love the sweet and salty combination. Rolling the balls of cookie dough in a sugar/salt mixture before baking is pure genius! Thank you, PJ! You're most welcome, Lisa... PJH
