Hi, Cheryl. You know the chocolate chip cookies you've seen that are really flat, with the only height in them from the chips inside? Ones that spread to almost twice the diameter of the dough? That's "puddling". The cookies PJ made are about 1/4" tall between the chips, a result of giving the dough some time to chill so the flour can take up the moisture in the dough. Don't be afraid, make the coooooookies!@ ;-) Susan
