I have what is probably a “duh” question, but I don’t know what “puddling” means, and can’t find any definition on the internet... I want to make these but I’m afraid I can’t decide whether to refrigerate the dough until I know what that means. The first cookie ( in your example) looks like my favorite type of chocolate chip cookie, crisp edges and tender-chewy center.
