I CAN"T WAIT to try these. I really like the tips on 'refrigerated vs non-refrigerated dough. LOVE it. I personally, prefer a heaped up cookie, not a flat cookie. Will be trying this soon! This deserves a hug to you! Thanks! Carmen Thanks, Carmen - hugs back at you- PJH
