Hi PJ! I cannot thank you enough for this outstanding recipe! These cookies are among the best I've ever tasted (and I've tasted a lot, with the waistline to prove it hahaha)! I went ahead and ordered the Vanilla Butternut flavor you recommended and followed the recipe, using the salty-sweet mix as written. Everyone enjoyed these so much and I will most definitely bake them again. My first batch came out a little dark, so I made sure all others were as pictured and much to my delight when I finally braved the "overcooked" cookie I found the flavor to be intense and delicious! I am so happy to have found your recipe, and as always enjoy your tips and commentary. Happy 2018!
