This isn't something we've tried, Smd, but you're welcome to experiment! Some yeasted recipes don't take well to being decreased or multiplied. Another option is to use our Classic Challah recipe which only makes one loaf from the start. It was even one of our monthly Bakealong recipes so we have a step by step blog article all about it.
