This sounds too good to be true, but I only have a 4 1/2 quart mixing bowl with my smaller Kitchen Aid stand mixer. . . will all of this dough be too much for my machine. . .can't use my hands as I am quite arthritic and up there in age! Your other recipes have been a hit with my family so far only because I can use the mixer and make bread again! Keep the recipes coming . . and I will sure as heck try them. . .probably will gain weight trying. . .Thanks! Ellen Ellen, your 4 1/2-quart KA should handle the dough just fine.
