Hi PJH, Glad you like the video so much - I agree, she's great on camera (though I'm probably a little biased...). We've only just started doing them, so any feedback / suggestions would be much appreciated. Am LOVING the sound of Erin's Creme Brulee French toast too... am sat in the office feeling hungry...
