Just ordered from the catalog the French-style flour to try these with the baguette perforated pan...gulp, my first attempt and it is for some French friends visiting for 2 weeks, who stop by the patisserie every single day for their baguettes at dinner and who insist the baguettes 'sing' or they are bad. Wish me luck KAF, since we are in this together!
