I want to try your baguette recipe, but I'm not sure about leaving it at room temperature for two hours. Your room temperature seems to be around 70 degrees or above. The temperature in my house is around 64 degrees. What should I do? Thank you, Joan That is well within the "comfort zone" for the dough. Give it a try. Frank @ KAF.
