Is there a no-knead baguette recipe using all or part whole-wheat flour? If so, please forward of post. Thank you. Start with the Almonst No-Knead Baguette recipe. Substitute 1/4 the amount of whole wheat for the all purpose flour. Increase the whole wheat to meet your taste and texture needs - up to half the flour amount. Whole wheat will absorb more liquid than all purpose flour. There is a no-knead whole wheat baguette in the book, Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day. It's a great resource! Irene @ KAF
