Just made these for the first time and can't wait to try them. Used some of the dough last night for calzones. Wasn't the best dough for that. They were sort of tough. I was ok with it, but my husband didn't like it as well as my normal calzone dough. Can't wait to try the baguettes tonight with friends. They look GREAT!
Oh...one question PJ...You didn't say anything about covering the dough for the risings aside from the last one after the loaves had been formed. I usually cover my rising doughs in plastic wrap to avoid drying out. Is that ok? Other suggestions?Plastic wrap should work. Mary@KAF
